This skydiver necklace is made of real leather, with an authentic closing pin, a perfect statement for the skydiver. It took me years to perfect the design, and to make a knot that would be secure, yet handsome at the same time. The leather softens and mellows with age, and can be worn in any situation, including showering, swimming, etc.

Each closing pin has a handmade (by me) nickel silver-soldered bail! You won't find these anywhere else.

These beads have big holes so a cord can go thru them.  My husband is a skydiver and somehow I began making necklaces for skydivers.  The only beads I could find in stores that had big enough holes were plastic beads, and that was way too tacky for macho skydivers!
